• Allen Bradley Compactlogix PLC includes 16 discrete 24VDC inputs and 16 discrete 24VDC outputs. The Powerflex 525 has one 4-20mA and one 0-10VDC analog input which can be read by the Compactlogix over Ethernet to cover the analog exercises.  It requires the Studio 5000 Logix Designer software, formerly RsLogix 5000, which must be purchased separately and uses the Studio 5000 Programming for the Controllogix and Compactlogix PLC lessons.

• Powerflex 525 AC drive is wired to the 3 phase fan and communicates with the PLC over Ethernet.

• Panelview 800 HMI uses the HMI lessons of Connected Components Workbench.
