Now that you have your process variable and your control variable scaled properly, you are ready to set up your PID.

Autotune can give you a baseline of what values should be in your P, I, and D. However, it isn’t a magic button that you hit that gives you the perfect numbers for your process. If you put quality data into it, you will get decent results. If you are in a hurry and hastily but values into it, you will get poor results.
