Who Is This Training For?

This lab is for Industrial Maintenance Technicians, Electricians, Mechanical Technicians, and Engineers who are tired of being kept in the dark by the PLC "black box." If you need to support your systems better and are willing to roll up your sleeves to learn, this is for you.

The Lab Experience: What Is It?

This is a 100% hands-on and "minds-on" environment.

• 1-to-1 Training: You get your own workstation. No sharing, no watching—you are programming within 15 minutes of arriving on Monday.

• Direct Engagement: We facilitate 2-way conversations. You will be tasked with wiring discrete and analog inputs and outputs from scratch, without a wiring diagram.

• Learn by Doing: We view mistakes as "learning opportunities." We use these moments to cover complex topics that are far too boring to lecture on.

Cultural Filter: What Is It NOT?

• NO Lectures: We don't do monologues. If you want a standard classroom experience, this is not the place for you.

• NO History Lessons: We don't cover the history of the PLC; we focus entirely on what helps you get your machines back up and running.
