This training setup bridges that gap by putting a motion-capable Allen-Bradley CompactLogix controller right alongside a pair of Kinetix 5300 servo drives and motors. It gives you real, plant-floor hardware to build the hands-on troubleshooting skills that are constantly in demand.
Instead of just looking at software simulations, you get to wire, configure, and test actual control circuits. The front panel features a full array of industrial operator controls—including four push buttons, two 2-position selector switches, two 3-position selector switches, and four pilot lights. Plus, you get to work directly with safety systems via a red mushroom button pre-wired into the Safe Torque Off (STO) circuit of both Kinetix drives. It is a complete, practical platform designed to take you from basic wiring all the way to advanced motion control sequences.
