Communicating with Other PLCs and Devices
You can pass Powerflex parameters to and from the Micrologix PLC using Datalinks.
To establish datalinks, you will configure the MicroLogix's MSG Message instruction to exchange data with the PowerFlex drive parameters. A few that I always like to point out that you can leverage with this is exchanging the analog input and output data. This is an easy way to pick up a few analog points without purchasing a PLC analog module.
